Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

• Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $25 fee.

• Clients must ensure we have access to all areas requiring cleaning, including removal of obstructions such as furniture, screens, or pets.

• We are not responsible for delays due to restricted access or unforeseen obstructions.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept e-transfer, credit/debit, or cash.

• Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest fee after 15 days.

• In cases of severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, high winds), appointments may be rescheduled for safety.

• We will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

• While we take great care, Clean Screen Central is not liable for any pre-existing damage to windows, frames, screens, or sills.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, old glass, brittle frames, or weak seals.

• We respect your privacy. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

• Your contact information is only used for communication and service scheduling.

• With your verbal or written consent, we may take before/after photos of your windows for marketing purposes.

• No personal or identifying details will ever be shared.

• We may update these terms as our services evolve.

• You will be notified of any major updates via email or website notice.
